If you believe your work has been copied, streamed, or distributed on Exiel Media without authorization in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice that includes:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.

  • Identification of the material you believe is infringing, including URLs or screenshots.

  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material removed or disabled by mistake is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.

  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or in Wyoming, if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

Exiel Media reserves the right to terminate accounts or remove content of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
