Registered in Harare, Zimbabwe, in 2020, the Imbahwe Culture, Sports & Technology Foundation Trust was co-founded by Edward Sengai and Kudzai Gwaze. This notarially recognized organization is committed to youth development, innovation, and cultural empowerment across Africa and its diaspora. Through targeted programs and initiatives, Imbahwe Trust fosters sustainable growth, promotes technological advancement, and preserves cultural heritage, empowering communities to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

OUR PURPOSE

Imbahwe Trust exists to restore dignity and opportunity through sport, culture, and technology. It empowers Zimbabwe’s youth, artists, and communities by funding education, innovation, and infrastructure projects.

LEGAL BACKING

Imbahwe Trust is a legally registered body under Zimbabwean law, established by notarial deed in September 2020 with perpetual succession and corporate status. It can sue and be sued in its own name and operate independently while aligned with Exiel Media’s global mission.
