The beginning

Before Exiel was a company, it was a dream. We started in high school - self-taught, rebellious in a good way, and determined to build culture with no permission needed. That same spirit drives Exiel today.

Receipts & Corrections

At Exiel, we believe trust is built in public. Media is powerful, and mistakes can happen - whether it’s a typo, a misreported detail, or a change in how we operate. Instead of hiding them, we post our receipts. Every correction, clarification, or policy update is available here for everyone to view.

This page serves as our accountability log, providing proof that we hold ourselves to the same standards we expect from creators, journalists, and platforms everywhere. It’s not just transparency; it’s a record of respect for our audience.

How it Works

  • Corrections: If you see an error in our content or policies, email staff@exielmedia.com with the subject “Correction.” It would greatly help expedite the process if you provided the subject title (episode, podcast, event) and the date of occurrence.

  • Receipts: When we change something important (like app features, creator terms, licensing, or publishing errors), we log it here with the original, the fix, and the date.

  • Timeline: Verified updates post within 72 hours.

Why It Matters

  • For creators: You know the ground rules will not shift without notice. Every update has a timestamped receipt.

  • For audiences: You can trust that our stories, playlists, and originals are corrected when needed, not swept under the rug.

  • For us: This page keeps us humble, accountable, and focused on the bigger mission - telling the truth through culture.

“I’m Not Crazy.”

I’ve always known I was meant to tell stories, to lead, to build. Not for fame, but because it was planted deep in me. Some thought I was crazy for dreaming this big, but I wasn’t. I just saw further than most.

I was born in Zimbabwe, part of the first generation after the liberation war: growing up on magazines from the West and East, studying worlds I hadn’t yet seen. While others stayed inside the box, I was organizing, creating, and dreaming up ventures before I even understood what entrepreneurship meant.

I wasn’t first in everything, though I could’ve been. I balanced books with tennis, music, and movement. Dropped accounting in Form 3, hated it, and yet it found me again years later, in college, through MaryAnn, and now here I am studying for the CPA exam while building Exiel Media and starting a new job.

I’m the one who made it out; from a collapsing system, from silence, from doubt. Still going, still grounded. I never bad-mouthed anyone even when misunderstood. I just kept moving.

Now we’ve built something real. A group of believers signing up through our site, ready to build a new kind of legacy. Not for ego. Not for clout. But because God is great, and if we truly believe that —even a remote belief in a higher existence— then it’s a God-given mandate to be great; greater than ourselves, greater for tomorrow.

This isn’t madness. It’s faith with structure.

And that same fire still burns inside me.
